Note: Fill out ONE form per child. Fill out all information. Registration is not confirmed until a Registration form is submitted, Payment has been made AND email confirmation from COACH is sent back to you. Any mistakes or changes, simply email those changes to HeadCoach.

Location: Timberlane Middle School Track       Cost: $160 for the week.

Paying for YFF Camp YFF Camp One Week - $160 (plus $5 transaction fee)   One T-shirt is supplied per child per camp week. You can buy extra YFF Camp T-shirts here for $12 each, (plus 65 cents transaction fee).     If you wish to mail your payment, send to: Youth Football Fundamentals c/o: HVGIC P.O.
